Gym and fitness studio memberships may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) issued by a licensed clinical provider through Truemed.

Select your gym or studio, complete the health survey, and a licensed clinical provider on Truemed’s network will review your information. If you qualify, your LMN will be issued.

Submitting Your Reimbursement

Once your LMN is approved and issued by a clinical provider:

1. Download your LMN from your Truemed dashboard.
2. Gather your purchase receipt from your gym or studio.
3. Log into your HSA/FSA administrator’s portal.
4. Submit both your LMN and receipt as documentation for your reimbursement claim.
