What Is the Process for Adding a New Merchant or Studio to the Truemed Platform?
If there’s a health and wellness brand, merchant, or studio you’d like to use your HSA or FSA dollars with, we’re always open to expanding our network-but there’s a process involved.
Step 1: The Merchant Must Become a Truemed Partner
Truemed can only support HSA/FSA purchases and issue Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs) for products and services sold by approved partners. This ensures:
We’ve verified that their offerings meet IRS eligibility standards
We can provide compliant documentation for your reimbursement or card payment
The process is seamless for both the customer and the merchant
Step 2: Encourage the Brand to Apply
If the merchant you want to use isn’t on our eligible list, we recommend sending them to:
