Can I Use My HSA/FSA Card on Subscriptions?

Short Answer:
Currently, we do not support HSA/FSA card payments for subscriptions.

• Subscription Payments Not Supported:

  • At this time, subscriptions cannot be processed using an HSA/FSA card via Truemed.

  • If you try to use your HSA/FSA card for a subscription purchase, the payment will likely be declined.

• Alternative Payment Method:

  • We recommend using your regular credit or debit card to complete your subscription purchase.

• Reimbursement Option:

  • Once your subscription payment is made using a regular card, you can request reimbursement from your HSA/FSA.

  • Reimbursements for subscription expenses can typically be processed at least once per calendar year.

While we currently do not support direct HSA/FSA payments for subscriptions, you can still leverage your HSA/FSA funds by reimbursing yourself after making the purchase with your regular card.
