# Benefit Allocation Systems (BAS) Reimbursement Guide

> Step-by-step instructions for submitting a Truemed HSA/FSA reimbursement claim through Benefit Allocation Systems (BAS).

In all cases, you will need two documents: the **receipt** from your purchase and the **Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)** issued by Truemed.

## Submission steps

1. Log in to the BAS participant portal at [myenroll.com](https://www.myenroll.com/web_projects/MainHomePage/Login.aspx).
2. Navigate to the FSA reimbursement section.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to begin your claim.
4. Upload your receipt and your Truemed LMN.
5. Review all information and submit.
